I was recently featured in Rancho Cucamonga’s Grapevine magazine playing a sport that’s growing fast: pickle ball! If you haven’t tried it yet, pickle ball is an absolute blast—a blend of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. It’s fun because it’s easy to pick up, but can still test your agility, reflexes, and strategy -The best part? It brings people together, no matter their fitness level or age.

In addition to pickle ball, Rancho Cucamonga has a great mix of health and fitness programs beyond pickle ball, too. Whether you’re into Zumba, ballroom or Latin dance, yoga, martial arts, or swimming, there’s something for everyone. These programs create an active community and are a perfect way to move toward better health while connecting with others.
