I highly recommend Raymond’s reset classes, truly a relaxing and needed class. Raymond catered to the areas of concern which are hips, shoulders and overall posture. I work on my computer all day and he went over in detail how to stretch each muscle and how to work on it on my own. If you’ve been sore, tight, or overall need a body reset then I definitely recommend taking his classes - Googe Review

Raymond’s class was informative and helpful. He asked what my areas of concern were and customized the stretches to address them. After the class was done I honestly was ready for a nap! Definitely a class that resets and relaxes all your muscles. I highly recommend this class if you’ve been feeling tight, sore, or overall in need of some TLC. 10/10 -ClassPass

I’m so glad I took this class. This was my 1st class pass and I learned a lot about body awareness and learned many new and different stretches. This class is mellow and low tension and good for all levels especially beginners like me. The instructor Ray was very welcoming and informative. The studio was inviting and very clean. I told the instructor about my neck pain and he incorporated a stretch in todays class that so feel helped to loosen up the tightness and help relieve the neck pain.-ClassPass

Amazing! It was my first ELDOA class, and I felt the immediate benefits of a better range of motion in my lumbar spine right after the end of the course. I had not heard of ELDOA until coming across the studio, and it is unique in terms of the techniques required to help with tension, flexibility, and posture. It encourages detailed attention to form. I am glad to learn of this bc I am excited to know it would help me achieve my optimal health and fitness goals by strengthening and stretching my muscles and making me stronger in the process. -ClassPass
